PREVENTION & RE-ENGAGEMENT OF DISCONNECTED YOUTH

Research shows that there are key moments throughout a young person’s life that influence their path to success as an adult. Preventing and re-engaging disconnected youth in Santa Fe—young people aged 16 to 24 who are neither working nor in school—reconnects these valuable youth with the people, institutions and experiences that develop the knowledge, skills and sense of purpose needed to live rewarding lives as adults.

    • 16-18 re-engaged to school for HS diploma or alternative education
