Opportunity Santa Fe aspires to improve the lives and key transitions of children and youth across Santa Fe, from birth until they enter their careers. By aligning strategies, actions and resources across partners, this effort seeks improved collective outcomes in the areas of early childhood, K-12 & youth resiliency, disconnected youth, post-secondary education and career pathways.

In 2016 and 2017, Members of the Mayor’s Children, Youth and Families Community Cabinet and the Santa Fe Birth to Career Collaboration Leadership Council discussed and approved joint aspirational goals from birth to career for the joint collective impact efforts. The following goals were announced at the Opportunity Santa Fe Community Summit 2017 on April 11.
